Payment schedule 
   Home Direct Kitchens Ltd offer a three stage payment schedule on supply and installation products; 
first payment is due on sign date of the job sheets for the project.
second payment is due on date of start of installation, this is when products start being installed, if the room requires plastering, first fix plumbing, first fix electrical work, or any building work this will be done prior to when the second payment is due. 
third payment is due on date of last day of installation.

Returns for online store 

Please send an email to home-direct@outlook.com prior to returning goods to Home Direct. 

You can return any resell-able products to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded, or individual tiles with an RRP of £10+ each. You must return the products to our store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment. Topps Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.

        Agreement; on agreement home Direct Kitchens Limited will discuss requirements and a job sheet which includes products, colours and styles for the project will be supplied by signing          this you are agreeing to Home Direct Kitchens Limited terms and conditions;

        Payment schedule and agreement on complete projects 

        A three stage payment which is as follows agreed by the customer and with Home Direct Kitchens Limited; 

        First Payment, due on ordering.

        Second Payment, due on start of installation.

        Final Payment, due on last day of installation.

               Complaints procedure 

       If you are to have a complaint please follow the following instructions and complaints must be raised within 7 days of installation completion 

       To help us investigate your complaint we will need the following information; 

•          Your Name and address and date of project start date 

•          Details of how we should contact you and anyone else who can speak on your behalf 

•          A clear detailed description of your complaint including images 

•          Details of what you would like us to do to resolve your complaint 

•          Copies of your relevant supporting information i.e Job sheet & payment schedule

KITCHEN, BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DOOR CARE INSTRUCTIONS CLEANING

We recommend the following door cleaning instructions for all of our doors:

Clean the doors using only a solution of 95% lukewarm water with no more than 5% soap

DO NOT spray anything on to your doors - this includes the solution recommended above

Use a clean damp (not wet) cloth

Dry with a soft clean cloth. If it is a timber door, run the cloth along the grain direction

Any cooking marks must be wiped immediately

Do not allow liquids to seep into joints of doors. Wipe any spillages immediately DO NOT use any of the products listed below to clean the door as they may mark and damage the surface:

• Wax furniture polish

• Bleach / chlorine based cleaning products

• Abrasive cleaners

• Solvents

• Multi-purpose cleaners

•  Alcohol based cleaners

• Ammonia or any other similar product

• Scouring pads or abrasive cloths ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION Please be aware, localised or intense heat/steam can damage fascia's.

Subsequently the use of small appliances such as kettles, toasters etc. in close proximity to your kitchen fascia's should be avoided. Doors should not be exposed to extreme temperature changes.

Due to their manufacturing process, vinyl doors must not be exposed to temperatures above 70ºC as this may cause damage to the door’s surface.
